With 100 days left until the Olympic flame ignites in Paris, Samsung, a partner to the IOC for over two decades, has chosen to mark this milestone with a partnership announcement.
The Korean company will support 44 Team Samsung Galaxy athletes throughout the Olympic Games in Paris this summer. These sportspeople will receive additional support from Samsung to “maximize their potential”, per the company’s statement.
Benjamin Braun, CMO at Samsung Europe, hopes this community of athletes will be the beginning of long-standing relationships between Samsung but also between each other.
Here’s the full European Team Samsung Galaxy athletes list. It includes gold medalists from Tokyo 2020 and athletes who have great chances of winning a medal in Paris:
