The Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G is set to be released in India later this month and will feature an innovative Air Gesture capability. Realme’s Indian division has confirmed that this feature will allow users to interact with certain phone functions without actually touching the device.
The Air Gesture function will be particularly useful in scenarios where touching the phone may not be practical, such as when the user’s hands are wet, dirty, or occupied with eating.
According to Realme, the Narzo 70 Pro 5G will support more than 10 different gesture types, and these gesture controls will extend to third-party applications as well. For example, users will be able to use Air Gestures in video-related apps to like a video using a thumb gesture or add a video to their favorites list with the “OK” gesture.
Prior announcements from Realme have revealed that the Narzo 70 Pro 5G will feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera with OIS, a centered punch-hole display, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a circular camera module.
Realme has also stated that the Narzo 70 Pro 5G will have significantly fewer pre-installed apps compared to other Realme smartphones.
