Amazon has reduced the prices of the iPhone and iPhone Plus models from the last three generations by £100, including the latest 15 series. Let’s begin with the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus as they have received significant upgrades compared to their predecessors.
These upgrades include a Dynamic Island (Apple’s term for a pill-shaped punch hole), though there is still no dynamic refresh rate. Additionally, the main camera on the back now has a 48MP sensor with a good 2x in-sensor zoom. Notably, this generation is the first to feature USB-C.
The iPhone 14 and 14 Plus still feature a notch, 12MP main cameras, and Lightning adapters. Additionally, their chipsets are a year older. However, both phones are now £100 cheaper than their 15 series counterparts, which translates to the cost of a storage upgrade from 128GB to 256GB.
The 13 series did not include a Plus model, and the available 13 mini units were all refurbished. However, new iPhone 13 units can still be purchased at a price that is £100 lower than the iPhone 14. This savings can be used towards extra storage, especially if you are comfortable with a phone that features a notch, 12MP camera, and a Lightning adapter.
