Android users can now enjoy voice and video calls on X (previously known as Twitter). This feature, which has been available for iOS users since October, now extends to Android users. Just like on iOS, users will need an X Premium subscription to make outgoing calls, while those on the free tier can only receive incoming calls.
Audio and video calling settings on X for Android
Within the DM settings tab, users can find the audio and video call options. They can also adjust their call preferences, allowing calls from people in their address book, verified users, and accounts they follow. For more details on audio and video calls, users can visit the X Help Center.
