In response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Apple began live streaming its WWDC events on YouTube. While initially using a hybrid format of in-person and pre-recorded content, all sessions were exclusively available in the Apple Developer app.
To prepare for WWDC 2024, Apple has launched a new YouTube channel named Apple Developer. With two and a half months remaining until the June 10 event, the channel is currently showcasing all sessions from the 2023 Developers Conference.
Although Apple already has its own YouTube channel featuring promos for products like the iPhone and Vision Pro, the Apple Developer channel now offers 40 videos for everyone to enjoy, with comments disabled.
The upcoming event in June is expected to introduce iOS 18, iPadOS 18, as well as new versions of watchOS, tvOS, macOS, and visionOS.
