According to sources within the supply chain, Apple’s project for a foldable device is progressing towards a finalized design.
Various design aspects of the folding device are coming together, indicating that this phase of the project is reaching completion and Apple is considering moving towards mass production.
It appears from the report that Apple’s foldable device may not be ready for release this year or even by 2025.
Rumors have strongly hinted that Apple is developing at least two flip-style folding devices, with a high likelihood that neither will be an iPhone. The 7-8-inch foldable prototype from Apple could potentially belong to the iPad product line instead, serving as a test before incorporating the technology into its flagship product.
