Asus has been consistent with its smartphone releases in recent years, with the Zenfone series offering compact flagships and the ROG Phone series catering to the gaming-oriented crowd with flagship specs and larger screens. Asus is gearing up to unveil the Zenfone 11, which is expected to include a larger screen version of its flagship.
A leak uncovered by Reddit user Td3v1l while digging through the latest ROG 8 firmware update gives us our first glimpse at the Zenfone 11 Ultra, complete with a series of renders and a detailed spec sheet as well as the retail packaging box.

As the name suggests, the Zenfone 11 Ultra will be a larger version of the regular Zenfone 11 and boasts a design that closely resembles the ROG 8 Pro. Asus may aim for a broader audience with the Zenfone 11 Ultra by opting for a more mainstream design compared to the ROG Phone 8 series.

The leaked spec sheet confirms that the Zenfone 11 Ultra will share most of its key specs with the ROG Phone 8/8 Pro, except for a 144Hz screen refresh rate instead of the ROG Phone 8’s 165Hz.

The Zenfone 11 Ultra is set to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It will also have a 6.78-inch AMOLED LTPO display with 1,080 x 2,400px resolution and a punch hole cutout for the 32MP front-facing camera. In addition to housing the same camera setup as the ROG Phone 8, the device will boast a 50MP main IMX890 sensor, a 32MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultrawide lens.

The battery is listed at 5,500 mAh and will support 65W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The Zenfone 11 Ultra will be available in five colors: Eternal Black, Skyline Blue, Misty Gray, Verdure Green, and Desert Sienna.
