A Chennai-based IT Indian company called “ Team Detailing Solutions” has presented its employees with a treasure of generous gifts, including 28 cars and 29 bikes, to celebrate the Hindu festival Dewali.
An official said that many luxurious cars, including Hyundai, Tata, Maruti Suzuki, and even a Mercedes Benz, were given as gifts to the employees. The company said the gifts were regarded as a gesture of appreciation for the workers’ hard work, a testament to their dedication, and a boost to their “morale. ”
Managing Director’s Remarks
The company’s Managing Director, Sridhar Kannan, said, “We wanted to express our appreciation for the exceptional efforts of our employees, who contributed to this company’s success. Our employees are our real assets, we believe.”
Kannan said that we measured employees’ contributions based on their work and years of service. He further added, “We are proud to recognize these achievements.”
Addressing reporters, Sridhar said that the company has hired about 180 people. Many of them come from humble backgrounds and possess highly specialized skills. He shared that we selected individuals with high motivations, and owning a bike or car is like a dream for them.
He added that the company has been gifting bikes to the employees; in 2022, we gifted two cars to two of our senior officials.
Other Initiatives
In addition to gifting cars, the company also offered financial assistance to the employees. Kanan explained, “In the past, we were providing ₹50,000 as marriage assistance to the employees. This year, we have extended the range to ₹1 lakh.” He added that the company believes this will help boost productivity, motivation, and morale among the employees.”
