The camera features a new main sensor (Sony LYT-600), delivering attractive shots at 12.5MP resolution. However, the high-res 50MP mode and 2x zoom may not meet expectations.

The battery capacity has been increased by 10% to 5,500mAh, with faster 100W charging (wired only). In our tests, a full charge took 29 minutes, while 15 minutes provided a 69% charge level.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 is priced at ₹25,000 for the 8/128GB model and ₹27,000 for the 8/256GB variant. Starting from April 5, customers can avail of an instant bank discount of up to ₹1,500 and an exchange bonus of up to ₹2,500. Let’s compare it to some similarly priced devices.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro, priced at ₹26,000 for an 8/128GB model, features a weaker Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip and lacks a microSD slot. However, it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. The main camera sports a larger 200MP sensor, while the 6.67” display is slightly sharper with richer colors. The 5,100mAh battery supports 67W charging, taking 44 minutes for a full charge. Both phones have an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

The Poco X6, powered by the same 7s Gen 2 chipset as the Redmi, features a 6.67” 120Hz 12-bit display and the same IP54 rating. It also has a 5,100mAh battery with 67W charging, but the main camera is less impressive at 64MP. The base model of the X6, priced at ₹23,000, offers ample RAM and storage – 12/512GB.

The Nothing Phone (2a) features the Dimensity 7200 Pro processor, which falls short of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. This device stands out with a 50MP ultra-wide camera (similar to the 50MP main camera), while having a 6.7” 120Hz FHD+ display and IP54 rating comparable to the Nord. However, the 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging is a drawback. The 2a is priced at ₹24,000 for an 8/128GB model.

The Realme 12 Pro+, starting at ₹30,000 for the 8/128GB configuration, uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. It boasts a camera setup including a 50MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 3x 64MP periscope lens. The 6.7” 120Hz FHD+ OLED display matches the Nord, while the 5,000mAh battery with 67W charging differs. The Realme device has an IP65 rating for better dust and water resistance but lacks expandable storage.
