Excitement seems to have gotten the best of someone over at German retailer Otto, as they have already started selling the Galaxy A55 and A35 phones. These phones were not supposed to be officially launched until March 11. This is the launch date for India, but Samsung has not announced any other launch dates.

The Samsung Galaxy A55 is priced starting at €480 for the 128GB model, with the 256GB version costing €50 more. Both models come with 8GB of RAM, and there is a microSD slot for adding extra storage at a lower cost. The phone features a 6.6” display with a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED screen and is powered by the Exynos 1480 chipset.

The Samsung Galaxy A35 also comes in two versions, with the 6/128GB model priced at €380 and the 8/256GB model at €450. For an additional €70, the storage can be doubled with 2 extra gigs of RAM. The phone also has a microSD slot.

The key specifications listed by the store include a 50MP main camera, a 120Hz 6.6” FHD+ AMOLED display, and a 5,000mAh battery for both phones. The Galaxy A55 is said to have Android 14, One UI 6.1, and Knox 3.1, while the A35 is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset.

Overall, these phones appear to be in line with expectations, with the only surprise being their early appearance in the market. Both models are available at Otto: the Samsung Galaxy A55 here and the Galaxy A35 here.
