Ghandhara Automobiles is going to launch the locally assembled double cabin truck, JAC T9 Hunter, in Pakistan today. The vehicle was revealed during a ceremony held in Karachi. The four-wheeler is a direct competitor of the Toyota Hilux Revo and Isuzu D-Max, meaning the competition in this limited segment will increase, and consumers will get a new option for the 4×4 beast.
Here are pictures of the new addition to the local market.

At the exterior, you can see the JAC T9 Hunter comes with a Protective Bedliner, Black Iron Roll Bar, Roof Rails, LED Headlamps with headlight leveling and Follow Me Home function, LED DRLs and rear lamps, Fog Lamps, Chrome Door Handles, Electrically Adjustable, auto folding and Heated Side View Mirrors, Rear Window Demisters and Off-road Iron Side Steps.
Interior

The start of 2025 is a good one for the Pakistani car industry as the first month is getting new launches. The JAC T9 Hunter is the first one, followed by the latest Hyundai Sonata N Line over this upcoming weekend. The launch of new cars is a positive sign that shows the interest and trust of investors while increasing the choices for consumers. This 4×4, commonly known as the “Daala” segment in Pakistan, has had Toyota as a dominant player for over a decade, making the launch of the T9 more exciting.
Hopefully, the new addition will get consumers’ attention and become a hit because it would be good for the car industry and the market.
