Xiaomi has officially introduced HyperOS in India today. This is the new name for its custom software layer on top of Android and will be utilized across various platforms – essentially, it’s the new moniker for Xiaomi’s software in general.

Shifting back to Android, the company also disclosed its update roadmap for the Indian market. Without further delay, here’s a breakdown of when you can expect different devices to receive HyperOS in India.

Observing the list, the Xiaomi 13 Pro, Pad 6, Redmi 12 5G, Redmi 12C, Redmi 11 Prime, and Redmi Pad are already slated to receive HyperOS. The next wave of updates in March will bring HyperOS to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G.

Following that, between April and June, a range of other devices will be updated with this new software, including the Mi 11 Ultra, Xiaomi 11T Pro, Mi 11X, 11i HyperCharge, Mi 11 Lite, 11i, Mi 10, Pad 5, Redmi K50i, the Redmi 13C series, Redmi 12, Redmi 11 Prime 5G, and the Redmi Note 11 series.
