Purchase Decision
Owning a Toyota Hilux Revo and Tesla, he decided to buy a futuristic car. Though he never wished to buy an EV, watching Deepal’s innovative wheelers forced him to.
Make, Model, and Variant
It was a 2024 Deepal S07 in Cosmic Yellow. Inspired by the Lamborghini Urus, this car has taken many components from other top-performing cars, like an infotainment screen from Tesla and an interior inspired by Bentley.
Features
Some unique features of the Deepal S07 are the Sunflower screen, gesture-catching system, wireless mobile charger with air vent, 14 SONY speakers, smart airflow, air purification mode, and a 360-degree camera.
Further, it has three drive modes: ECO, Comfort, and Sports, and it has the biggest moonroof. It also has triple-zone climate control, a cool box, rear AC vents, a boss seat, ventilated passenger seats, and a USB-C charging setup.
Safety and ADAS
Deepal has ensured that the safety spirit is kept up to date with blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, fatigue sensors, sleep detectors, lane keeping, and others.
Battery and Performance
The S07 features a 66 KWh battery pack and two 7 KW chargers, which take quite a span to charge fully. On a full charge, it gives a range of 380 km within the city, against the company-claimed range of 485 kilometres.
Charging on an industrial charger is not a good option as it takes more time than a residential one.
