Overview
This is the most superior device out of the entire collection of Pocos that arrived simultaneously. The X6 Pro boasts of a powerful Mediatek chipset, a bright OLED display, and fast charging. It runs on Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS on top of Android 14. To avoid any confusion about Xiaomi’s naming and availability practices, it’s worth noting that the specs of the Poco X6 Pro are quite similar to those of the China-only Redmi K70E. Although it shares some characteristics with the X6 non-Pro, it also has common elements with various members of the Redmi Note 13 series.

Turning attention back to the Poco X6 Pro, it comprises a 6.67-inch OLED display with up to 1,200 nits of brightness (even more in some cases), Dolby Vision support, and a higher-than-average resolution. The Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, which powers the Poco, is situated between midrange and flagship silicon and assures top-notch performance. The new Android overlay enhances the visuals of the MIUI.
A key difference between the Poco and its Chinese Redmi equivalent is the battery capacity – the X6 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery compared to the 5,500mAh in the K70E. Another slight downgrade is the charging capacity, which is 67W on the Poco (compared to 90W on the Redmi).
Regarding the camera system of the Poco, there isn’t much to be excited about, but we remain open to the potential of the hardware. The main camera is 64MP, with an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro camera. If the primary camera can manage a 2x zoom successfully, it could be considered a reasonable performance.
