In a recent update, Honri Ve is set to make waves at the 12th International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2024 by unveiling Pakistan’s first locally assembled EV, a significant milestone for the country’s automotive sector.
IDEAS 2024, taking place from November 19 to 22, will witness the launch of the Honri Ve, a sustainable and eco-friendly mobility solution developed by Dewan Motors. This launch underscores Dewan’s commitment to green technology and innovation.
Honri Ve 2.0: A Compact Electric Marvel
The Honri Ve 2.0 is a compact electric vehicle designed for urban commuting. Powered by a Ternary Lithium Battery and Permanent Synchronous motor, it delivers a maximum power of 30 kW and a peak torque of 84 Nm. This enables a top speed of 100 km/h. The 200 km range per charge can be fully replenished in just 7 hours.
Safety and convenience features include disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear, 15-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, halogen headlights with height adjustment, dual-tone side mirrors with indicators, a stylish chrome and black front grille, and daytime running lights (DRLs).
Inside, the cabin offers electric power steering, a knob-type transmission, 4-way adjustable seats for both driver and passenger, a rearview camera, electric windows, a folding rear seat, a 5-inch color instrument cluster, and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with Android Auto.
Honri Ve 3.0: A Longer-Range Electric Journey
The Honri Ve 3.0 takes electric mobility to the next level with an impressive 300 km range on a single charge (CLTC). This extended range can be fully recharged in 7 hours using a standard home outlet.
Under the hood, a permanent magnet synchronous motor generates 35 kW of power and 87 Nm of torque, propelling the car to a top speed of 100 km/h. A durable 29.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery powers the vehicle.
Key features include a rearview camera for easy parking, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for added safety, and a 220V AC charging gun for convenient home charging.
