In a rather surprising announcement, Hyundai Nishat has increased car prices. Sharing the reason behind this decision, the company stated that concerning the recent increase in global freight charges and its impact on company’s products, “we are compelled to revise our price structure after maintaining the same rates for a considerable time.”

The company increased the price of Hyundai Elantra, Tucson, Sonata, and Porter. The new prices are applicable from October 1, 2024.

New Hyundai Car Prices 

Here are the revised prices of Hyundai cars after the recent increase.

Elantra Prices

  • Elantra 2.0: Previously, it used to cost Rs. 6,930,000 but after an increase of Rs. 250,000 now its new price is Rs. 7,180,000.

Tucson Prices

  • Tucson GLS (FWD): The previous price tag was Rs. 7,165,000, and the revised price is Rs. 7,315,000 as its rate is hiked by Rs. 150,000.
  • Tucson GLS Sport (FWD): It used to cost Rs. 8,030,000  but after an increase of Rs. 250,000, it will now cost Rs. 8280,000.
  • Tucson Ultimate (AWD): The old price was Rs. 8,659,000, while the new price is Rs. 8,909,000 as its price has been hiked by Rs. 250,000.

Sonata Prices

  • Sonata 2.0: The old price was Rs. 9,979,000 but its new rate is Rs. 10,229,000 as its price is increased by Rs. 250,000.
  • Sonata 2.5: The previous price tag was Rs. 10,930,000 and after an increase of Rs. 275,000 the new price is Rs. 11,205,000.

Porter Rates

  • Hyundai Porter High Deck (with AC) used to cost Rs. 4,189,000 and after seeing an increase of Rs. 200,000, it will now cost Rs. 4,389,000.
  • Porter Flat Deck (with AC)’s previous price was Rs. 4,169,000 but after a jump of Rs. 200,000, it now stands at Rs. 4,369,000.
  • Porter Deckless (with AC) will now cost Rs. 4,349,000 as it also see an increase of Rs. 200,000 from Rs. 4,149,000.
  • Porter High Deck (without AC) used to cost Rs. 4,079,000 and after a similar hike of Rs. 200,000, its new price is Rs. 4,279,000.
  • Porter Flat Deck (without AC) also observed a jump of Rs. 200,000, taking the price to Rs. 4,259,000 from previous Rs. 4,059,000.
  • Porter Deckless (without AC) will now cost Rs. 4,239,000 as its price is also increased by Rs. 200,000 from previous Rs. 4,039,000.

Terms and Conditions 

  • The revised ex-factory prices shall be effective for all new orders created in the system on or after 1st October 2024.
  • Current prices shall be applicable on all orders created till 30th September 2024 with full payment instrument dated before 1st October 2024.
  • The prices are Ex-factory Faisalabad per unit inclusive of applicable FED, Sales Tax, & Dealer’s Commission.
  • Any impact on prices due to changes in Government levies (including FED, sales tax, CVT, etc.), tariffs, fiscal policies, import policies, etc. shall be on the account of the customer.
  • The above prices are provisional and subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of invoice shall be final.
  • The prices are exclusive of transportation, transit insurance charges, etc. which are to be charged at as per prevailing rates from customers at the time of dispatch.
  • Sales Tax Registered customers who are not active or un-registered in sales tax shall be charged an additional 4% Sales Tax.
