Seems like Hyundai and Kia are too interested in bringing their international models to Pakistan. Earlier, we spotted the Kia Sportage and the Kia Sorento, and now we just spotted a test variant of the Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 model. A guy sent us an image of Santa Fe on Pakwheels Instagram DM in which we could see Santa Fe being unloaded from the container. Considering the trend, we’re 99% sure it was the test variant that Nishat Motors has imported.
So, anticipating the launch in Pakistan, here are the international specs of the 2024 Santa Fe that Hyundai Nishat will soon launch in Pakistan:
Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 Overview
The Hyundai Santa Fe is one of the company’s best-selling seven-seater SUVs. It’s a proper luxury family car ideal for carrying a whole family almost anywhere in Pakistan, and there’ll be no compromise on comfort. This generation looks like a Star Wars car, especially the back, which is really unconventional and will surely be a head-turner.
If you notice its body shape, it’s boxy, which is not just futuristic and stylish but also increases the headroom and practicality on the inside. From inside, this checks all the things that you need from a family SUV car. The only problem could be the third row, which is a bit tighter for full-size adults. Kids can fit perfectly, however.
The only problem with a car like this is the body roll, which is not an issue with the car but simple physics. The boxy shape, although increasing practicality, increases the body roll on the motorway. Therefore, if a bus gives you a fly-by in this car, you’ll surely feel it.
The engine is tiny, but it’s a PHEV or HEV, at least, so power delivery is good for in-city rides. However, it might struggle a bit on the motorway, especially if the car is fully loaded.
The main interior color is white, but it’s unlikely that Hyundai will introduce a white interior in Pakistan; it’ll surely be black or beige. The interior is, however, handsome, superb in practicality, and very lavish, like a Range Rover Discovery.
It’s miles ahead of the current Santa Fe, which just looks like a bigger version of Tucson. You can’t compare both generations; this new generation throws the current Santa Fe out of the water.
