Last year, Infinix released the Smart 8 in some markets, and now they have launched the Smart 8 Pro in India, which essentially is the Indian version of the Smart 8. The Smart 8 Pro features the Helio G36 SoC, a 6.6″ 90Hz HD+ LCD with Dynamic Island-like Magic Ring, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging. It runs on Android 13 Go-based XOS 13 and comes with a feature that allows you to call people on WhatsApp without adding their numbers, albeit this feature will be available through an OTA.

Other features of the Infinix Smart 8 Pro include USB-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and DTS sound processing with a 200% Super Volume boost.
