The vivo V30 Pro has finally been officially announced, following the debut of the regular V30 four weeks ago. This phone will be released in international markets and features four 50 MP cameras – three on the back and an additional one on the front.
The V30 Pro shares the same design as the V30 and the China-exclusive S18 and S18 Pro, with similar displays, batteries, and charging capabilities.
Powered by a Dimensity 8200 chipset, the V30 Pro offers a significant performance upgrade over the regular V30, which is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 platform. It comes in two memory options – 8/256 GB or 12/512 GB.
Co-engineered with Zeiss, the camera setup on the vivo V30 Pro introduces features like Natural Color, Border Watermark, and Zeiss Style Portrait thanks to the partnership with the renowned German company.
The rear cameras include a Sony IMX920 main sensor, Samsung JN1 ultra-wide-angle lens, and Sony INX816 portrait telephoto camera. In addition, the phone features a rectangular Aura Light for better low-light portraits.
Featuring a 10-bit 6.78” AMOLED display with 1260p resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 2,800 nits peak brightness, the V30 Pro promises an exceptional viewing experience.
Launching globally, the phone runs on Funtouch 14, a custom interface based on Android 14. It is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery yet remains one of the thinnest vivo smartphones available in international markets.
The vivo V30 Pro is offered in four unique colors – Bloom White, Waving Aqua, Lush Green, and Noble Black. Availability is confirmed for India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
Pricing details and availability dates for the vivo V30 Pro have yet to be announced and will be revealed for each market separately.
