The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to have its international debut on February 25 at MWC in Barcelona, along with the standard 14 model. Leaked information from China has revealed the RAM and storage options that will be available for this device. Note that these details are specifically for the Chinese market, so the international options may be different.

According to a source on Weibo, the Chinese microblogging site, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be offered with three RAM and storage configurations: 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Additionally, there are rumors about a special edition made of titanium, which will only be available with the 16GB/1TB configuration. It is speculated that the non-special edition 14 Ultra will not have a titanium frame. The titanium special edition is expected to be priced around CNY 500 (approximately $69 or €64) higher than the non-titanium 16GB/1TB version.

Prior reports suggested that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra would feature a 6.73-inch 120 Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a quad rear camera system (50 MP main with variable aperture, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP 3.2x telephoto, 50 MP 5x telephoto), a 32 MP selfie camera, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and a 5,300 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. The device is expected to run Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
