The Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2024 is just around the corner, scheduled for October 25, 2024, and the excitement is building among automotive enthusiasts. With each passing day, new updates are rolling in, giving us a glimpse of what to expect at this highly anticipated event. One of the standout attractions among the others is debut of the all-electric MG Cyberster.

Since the company has not revealed what Cyberster will actually boast in terms of design, aesthetics, power, performance and cabin when it comes in the town, here are the international features and specifications of the vehicle.

Features & Specifications

Engine & Performance

The MG Cyberster is an all-electric roadster powered by a 77kWh battery positioned between the axles. In its high-performance GT variant, it features dual electric motors—one on each axle—providing four-wheel drive and generating a combined 496bhp. This gives it a significant edge, producing 200bhp more than the Porsche Boxster and 160bhp more than the BMW Z4.

In terms of size, the Cyberster is 4.54 meters long and 1.91 meters wide, making it larger than a Porsche 911 Turbo. Despite its size and weight, the Cyberster can sprint from 0 to 62mph in just 3.2 seconds, closely matching the performance of the 911 Turbo Cabriolet.

Exterior

The MG Cyberster is a stylish and eye-catching electric roadster. Its design cleverly conceals its larger size, with proportions reminiscent of a front-engine vehicle. The car’s sleek lines and aerodynamic shape make it stand out on the road.

Up front, the Cyberster features a pointed nose that curves smoothly upwards and back. The rear design is more intricate, with a set of complex LED lights adding to its visual appeal.

One of the Cyberster’s most distinctive features is its scissor doors. These doors open vertically with the press of a button, drawing attention and providing easy access to the cabin.

Inside, the Cyberster’s cabin feels surprisingly spacious for a roadster. There’s plenty of room for two passengers, and the electric powertrain is evident in certain design cues that reflect its futuristic nature.

Overall, the MG Cyberster is a well-designed and stylish electric vehicle that combines performance, comfort, and cutting-edge technology.
