Samsung has rolled out a significant update to the Expert Raw app for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold5. These phones now support setting the ND Filter feature to Auto, making it more user-friendly for amateur photographers.
This update also introduces astronomical photo support for these devices, as well as the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold4, and Galaxy Z Fold3.

ND Filters are utilized by photographers to control the amount of light reaching the sensor. By using the ND Filter, photographers can employ a slower shutter speed to achieve a specific effect while averting overexposure.
The Expert Raw app can only be found on the Galaxy Store. Some users may receive the update at a later time, so be sure to check for Updates in the Menu tab of the Store app on your Samsung device.
