Last year, Honor mentioned that they were considering creating a flip foldable device, but they were not going to rush it to market until they had something unique to offer. It appears that progress has been made on this front, as CEO George Zhao confirmed in an interview with CNBC that Honor’s flip foldable will be released later this year.

Zhao stated that Honor’s flip foldable is in the final stages of development and the company is optimistic about the future of foldable devices. Additionally, Honor is working on a smart ring, aptly named Honor Ring, which will be part of their expanding range of smart wearables and health tracking devices, aligned with their focus on AI technology.
