Honor recently announced a collaboration with Porsche Design. The Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design was the first phone to come out of this partnership, and now we can expect the next one to be released soon.

According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Honor Magic6 Porsche Design will be unveiled in March. The most exciting feature of this phone will be the new 1″ camera sensor by OmniVision, making it the first phone to have this sensor installed.

This will be the second time that Honor has used the 50 MP OV50K sensor in its Magic6 lineup. The current flagship, the Magic6 Pro, also features a 50 MP camera from OmniVision, but with the OVH9000 sensor that is 1/1.3″ in size.

The new camera sensor is expected to rival the 1″ LYT-900 solution by Sony, which can be found in the Oppo Find X7 Ultra. The leakster also compared it to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which is also anticipated to feature the second-gen camera sensor by Sony.
