Prior to this, we have already come across renders of the upcoming Motorola Edge 50. However, Evan Blass has now shared a set of official-looking video teasers.
These teasers provide clues about the phone’s specifications, with one of them showcasing the phone being submerged in water, indicating an expected IP68 rating.

The Moto Edge 50 Ultra will sport a curved display with Gorilla Glass protection. Following a partnership announcement between Motorola and Corning at MWC, all future Moto phones will have reinforced glass protection.
The screen is expected to measure 6.7 inches and support FHD+ resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, and stereo speakers.

The phone will feature a triple camera setup, including a 50MP main camera and a periscope module with a 72mm equivalent that offers 3x optical zoom. The third lens is likely an ultrawide one.

Motorola is also gearing up to launch the Moto Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Fusion. The Edge 50 Pro will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Motorola will unveil the Edge 50 series on Wednesday, April 3, which is just around the corner.
