ZTE has introduced the Axon 60 Ultra in China, featuring dual satellite connectivity that allows for calling, texting, and data transmission through China’s Tiantong satellite system. The Axon 60 Ultra is targeted towards the Chinese government and enterprise sectors, and will not be available for general consumers.

In addition, ZTE has implemented a multi-antenna switching algorithm in the phone, enabling seamless integration of cellular and satellite networks for enhanced data transmission, lower latency, and improved connectivity even in areas with poor cellular coverage.
