NFS will offer solutions tailored to the specific needs of the United States, including IP Routing, Optical Networking, Microwave, 5G, Private Wireless, and Tactical Private Wireless technology.
According to Tommi Uitto, President of Mobile Networks at Nokia, this move is crucial for the company’s future in the defense business.
Mike Loomis has been appointed as the president of Nokia Federal Solutions. In a press release, he stated that the dedicated entity was established to provide local presence, technology, expertise, and that NFS is an investment in the partnership with the United States.
