  • Get the ePay Punjab App: Visit your app store and download the ePay Punjab App on your mobile device.
  • Open Punjab Police Tab: After installation, open the app and go to the Punjab Police tab.
  • Choose E-Challan Safe City Tab: Within the Punjab Police section, select the E-Challan Safe City tab to proceed with your payment.
  • Enter Vehicle Registration Number: Enter your vehicle’s registration number accurately in the designated field.
  • Generate PSID Number: After inputting your vehicle details, click on the Pay tab to generate a unique PSID number for your transaction.

Notice for E-Chalan Defaulters

In the event of traffic violations, offenders will be denied access to services such as learner permits, duplicates, new licenses, and 14 other amenities. They will also be unable to obtain character certificates, police verifications, and more from the Safe City Punjab and Police Service Centre, as these have been integrated for this purpose.

Additionally, there will be crackdowns on individuals tampering with number plates, and action will be taken against those covering plate numbers with black paint or unclear markings.
