There seems to be no end to the leaks surrounding Google’s soon-to-be-released Pixel 8a. After some leaked live images surfaced a few days ago, a new leak has now shown us all four color options that will be available.
The available colors will be Obsidian (black), Porcelain (white), Bay (blue), and Mint. These colors have been seen before on other Pixel devices such as the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. The Pixel 8 Pro even has a Mint version and a Bay version as well.
According to the leak source, the Pixel 8a is expected to be officially announced at the Google I/O conference on May 14. This means there is more than a month to wait, during which more leaks are likely to surface.
The Pixel 8a’s design is similar to that of the Pixel 8, with a matte-textured back. It is rumored to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ 90 Hz display and run on Google’s Tensor G3 SoC. Additionally, the Pixel 8a is said to include a 4,500 mAh battery, a 64 MP main rear camera, and a 13 MP ultrawide camera.
Recent rumors suggest that the Pixel 8a may launch at a higher price than its predecessor, and it will be available through Google Fi Wireless in the US. In fact, there are speculations that Google’s carrier leaked the Pixel 8a itself last week.
