Amazon currently has a special offer on the highest-spec Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 – the 1TB storage version is discounted by £300, bringing it down to the same price as the 256GB model. Additionally, there is a £300 voucher, resulting in a total discount of £600.

With the arrival of the Google Pixel Fold, OnePlus Open, and others, the Z Fold5 is no longer the only horizontal foldable. However, both of these options currently cost more than the Samsung foldable, even in configurations with less storage.

The Xiaomi 13T Pro is just below a flagship – it features a fast Dimensity 9200+ chipset, a high quality 6.67” 144Hz display with 1,220 x 2,712px resolution and 12-bit colors, and a 50MP main camera with a large 1/1.28” sensor. Additionally, it includes a 50MP 2x zoom camera and a 12MP ultra wide camera. The 5,000mAh battery supports super fast 120W charging. While it’s not quite a Xiaomi 14, it’s close, and the 14 isn’t available in the UK anyway.

During the previous week, we listed the Motorola Edge 40 at £300 – it currently remains at that price and it continues to be a great mid-range option. However, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo is available at £250. It shares many similarities with the Edge 40, including a 6.55” 144Hz P-OLED display and a 50+13MP camera. However, it has a weaker chipset (Dimensity 7030 vs. Dimensity 8020) and a larger battery (5,000mAh vs. 4,400mAh), although the less efficient hardware drains the battery quicker. Additionally, the Neo lacks wireless charging, but it does have the same 68W wired charging as the regular Edge 40.

We recommend the Edge 40 over the Neo. However, for those looking to save some money, consider the Moto G84. It features a 120Hz 6.5” P-OLED with FHD+ resolution and a very similar camera setup (50+8MP instead of 50+13MP). It utilizes a slower chipset (Snapdragon 695) and its 5,000mAh battery only supports 30W charging. Nevertheless, the battery life is much better on this one.

Like the Z Fold5, the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 and Watch6 Classic won’t be replaced until the second half of this year. The watches have ECG and blood pressure monitoring among other health tracking features. In addition, the Classic has its trademark trick – the rotating bezel.

A few more Samsung offers. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro are currently Samsung’s best TWS buds. They are very comfortable, last a long time before needing to be charged, and have good ANC with Voice Detect, which will automatically switch off ANC when you start speaking.

The other offer is for the redesigned Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2. This one has both Bluetooth and UWB (you need a compatible phone like the Z Fold5 or S23+/S23 Ultra). It also includes an NFC tag, which can store your contact information in case someone finds it and needs to call you to return your belongings.

These days, many laptops can use USB-C to charge, not just phones and tablets. For the more powerful laptops, you may need a 140W charger – or a power bank that can output 140W, such as this Anker. It features two USB-C ports and one USB-A. When using only one USB-C port, it can recharge a MacBook Pro 16” to 50% in 40 minutes. If both USB-C ports are in use, they divide up the 140W.

The Meta Quest 3 is a fun and potentially useful VR headset with major upgrades over the Quest 2. However, the Quest 3 costs nearly double, so here is the older version at £250 (with 128GB storage).
