In the event that you compare the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+, you will notice only a few disparities – however, the feedback from last week’s survey indicates that these two phones are quite contrasting. Neither of them is expected to be a big seller, but the plus model is undeniably the preferred choice.
We’ll begin with the Realme 12 Pro as this will be short. Only one in ten people are intrigued by this model, with two more who could be persuaded to buy one if the phone receives positive reviews. For most, there are superior mid-range options available. Many are waiting for the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy A55 and Nothing Phone (2a).
The Realme 12 Pro+ didn’t exactly receive a lot of praise, but it’s a much more desirable choice. Two out of every ten are already interested, with two more who can be persuaded (our review is coming soon).
The design of the 12 Pro pair was influenced by luxury watches, some appreciate it, while others do not. Nevertheless, it represents a unique appearance, while some brands continue to use the same outdated designs. The curved displays are a common issue that we see mentioned in the comments, and certainly, people have raised this as a drawback for the two Realme models.
The chipsets are another concern. The 12 Pro+ is equipped with the more powerful Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, but this chip is notably less potent than the similarly named 7+ Gen 2. The standard 12 Pro uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, which is even slower.
Keep an eye out for the Realme 12 Pro+ review. We have already conducted the battery life test and it appears quite promising, surpassing its competitors.
