Last month, Realme officially announced the 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ and it looks like they are adding another member to the 12 family, at least in China. This new model, the Realme 12+, has just been certified for sale in Realme’s home country by TENAA.
We now have a decent list of the 12+ specs, although the chipset that will power it has not been confirmed. The 12 Pro features the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 while the Pro+ features the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.
The 12+ may feature another Qualcomm-made SoC, and will be paired with 6/8/12/16GB of RAM, and 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB of storage. It has a 6.7-inch 1080×2400 AMOLED touchscreen, measuring 162.95 x 75.45 x 7.87 mm and weighing 190g.
The rear of the phone has a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro camera, while the front has a 16 MP selfie snapper. The phone is equipped with a 4,880 rated capacity battery, and is expected to support 67W fast charging.
The design of the 12+ closely resembles the 12 Pro and 12 Pro+, and the model tested by TENAA had a faux leather back.
