The Realme 12 Pro is focused on strategic partnerships, it seems. Initially teaming up with a high-end watch brand, now they have joined forces with Oscar-winning cinematographer Claudio Miranda.
Realme has announced that Miranda will aid in “perfecting the image tuning of the Realme 12 Pro series”, although the specifics of his involvement are not yet clear.
Claudio Miranda is a renowned cinematographer from Chile, recognized for his work on films such as Oblivion, Tron: Legacy, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Life of Pi, and more recently, Top Gun: Maverick. He is also an Academy Award winner for best cinematography.
The Realme 12 Pro places a strong emphasis on its cameras, featuring Sony’s IMX890 sensor for the main camera and the 3x periscope zoom equipped with the half-inch (1/2″) OV64B sensor, the same one used in the OnePlus 12, OnePlus Open, and Oppo’s Find N3.
It will also sport a 6.7-inch FullHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, and offering up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
