Red Magic, a popular gaming brand, has introduced a new accessory for mobile gaming enthusiasts known as the Cooler 5 Pro. This innovative cooler supports MagSafe technology through a magnetic side and comes with a back clip, ensuring compatibility with almost all smartphones.
The Red Magic Cooler 5 Pro boasts enhanced power, superior cooling capabilities, and AI thermal control that adjusts intelligently to the device’s temperature. Unfortunately, this feature is exclusively available through an Android app, meaning iPhone users won’t benefit from it.
This nubia gaming accessory can cool a smartphone by up to 35 degrees Celsius and reach temperatures as low as -12 degrees, at least in theory. Official information suggests it can reduce temperature from 28 degrees to 0 in just 30 seconds.
Although Red Magic did not provide a detailed specs sheet for the cooler, they mentioned a custom-made chip measuring 36 sq.mm as the main powerhouse responsible for the 36W cooling performance (with a suitable charger). The cooling mechanism utilizes a 3D VC liquid cooling plate that is 3060 sq. mm in total size.
Like most gaming accessories, the Cooler 5 Pro features customizable RGB lights that can be adjusted through an app. The ultra-silent 7-blade fan operates at less than 35 dB. Additionally, it requires a cable connection to function and does not have its own battery for standalone operation.
Red Magic Cooler 5 Pro
The Red Magic Cooler 5 Pro is priced at €59 without the back clip and €64 with the clip. It will be available in all regions where Red Magic operates starting from April 15.
