Hyundai, a renowned Korean manufacturer, has established itself as a global leader in electric vehicles. The Ioniq 6, which recently won the award for best car of the year in 2023, combines a fastback sedan design with impressive mileage and quick acceleration. The introduction of the futuristic Ioniq 5 and 6 models in Pakistan aims to revolutionize the country’s electric vehicle market.

Exterior

The Ioniq 6 boasts an intelligently designed exterior profile that exudes a sporty vibe. Sporting a sleek Piano black look with an SS finish on side skirts, the car features front and rear bumpers with air vents for cooling electrical components. The front lip integrates parking sensors and Pixel LEDs serve as headlamps, giving the car a modern look. The side profile showcases 20-inch aerodynamically designed alloy wheels with Pirelli tires and Porsche-inspired side-presenting door handles.

The rear profile of the Ioniq 6 is truly eye-catching, with two spoilers and a continuous running pixel LED that make it a head-turner.

Interior and Specs

Hyundai prioritizes comfort and premium features in the design of the Ioniq 6’s interior. The spacious cabin offers comfortable cushioning and a 12-way adjustable driver seat with lumbar support, making it ideal for long drives. Additionally, heated and ventilated seats cater to various weather conditions.

A unique feature of the Ioniq 6 is the manually adjustable steering wheel with blinking LEDs indicating the selected driving mode. The textured dashboard features a split-screen display for the odometer and infotainment system. Ambient lights in the doors, cup holders, wireless charger, unique gear lever, and non-conventional pedal shifter enhance the interior. The Drive Mode push button is conveniently located on the steering wheel.

Battery and Range

Equipped with a 77.4 kWh battery pack, the Ioniq 6 delivers 320 HP and 605 N-m torque, along with a claimed range of 520km per charge.
