Overview
Typically, the lower-end Galaxy phones are released in 4G and 5G varieties, and the most recent Galaxy A15 follows this tradition. The new Samsung Galaxy A15 5G is very similar to the Galaxy A15 4G, with the main difference being its access to 5G networks.
The Galaxy A15 5G features the same 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 1080p resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It also has the same triple camera setup on the back – a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Additionally, the selfie camera remains the same at 13MP with 1080p video recording capabilities.
The 5G version is equipped with a similar 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
The Galaxy A15 4G and the Galaxy A15 5G differ only in the chipset – Helio G99 vs. Dimensity 6100+ 5G. The processor, GPU, and storage options remain the same.
The Galaxy A15 5G is a well-connected phone with support for Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and it also comes with a 3.5mm jack and a microSD slot – features that are becoming increasingly rare.
