Overview
Yet another Galaxy review, and as we’re all still waiting for the S24 Ultra, today we’re taking a look at the Galaxy A25 and A15. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to test out the S24 Series just yet, so let’s dive into the A15, which is the first entry-level Samsung phone to come with a Super AMOLED screen and a high refresh rate.
The Galaxy A15 is the typical affordable smartphone with basic specs, making it perfect for work or for someone just entering the smartphone world. But it’s now even better!
Now, the Galaxy A15 boasts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It’s powered by the Helio G99 chipset and comes with 128GB of storage as a starting point.
Additionally, the phone features a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP primary, a 5MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro shooter. There’s also a 13MP selfie camera nestled within the U-shaped display notch.
The device houses a sizable 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, outright replacing the older 15W Samsung chargers.
It runs on Android 14 with One UI 6 and while it doesn’t have DeX support or Always-On Display, it’s not a One UI Core version.
