Xiaomi has just revealed the Redmi Note 13 5G, and we’ve received a unit at the office for review. Before we start the review, let’s open the Redmi Note 13 5G and see what’s included.

The Redmi Note 13 5G is equipped with the Dimensity 6080 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and runs on Android 13-based MIUI 14. It features a 6.67″ FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The display has a centered punch-hole for the 16MP selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.

On the back of the phone, there is a square-shaped camera island housing an LED flash and three cameras – a 108MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP depth. The Redmi Note 13 5G has an IP54 rating and a flat design, which may not be comfortable for some users.

Powering the device is a 5,000 mAh battery that charges through a USB-C port at up to 33W. The smartphone also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR blaster, and an NFC chip, which is dependent on the market.
