Two-Wheelers Sales
Interestingly, for a long time, the company is announcing back-to-back installment and zero interest offers and the reason behind such moves is simple – low sales.
Highlighting motorcycle and three-wheeler sales, local bike makers witnessed a drop of 5% last month, reaching 84,993 bikes in July 2024 compared to 89,895 units in June’24. Atlas Honda sales declined by 12% last month, reaching 70,255 units last month against 80,204 units in June 2024.
Meanwhile, Pak Suzuki saw a jump of 5%, selling 1,643 units last month compared to 1,570 units in June 2024.
In another update Atlas Honda has also launched a new model of CD70. Again, same old traditions of making some cosmetic changes – old model, new sticker.
Atlas has wisely decided to stick with the classic design of the CD70 for its 2025 model—and why wouldn’t they? Kawasaki H2R and Yamaha R1, who? The current shape and tech of the CD70 are so iconic that it should be nominated for an Oscar in the Best Motorcycle Design category.
In fact, international motorcycle brands could take a lesson or two from Atlas Honda on how to design the perfect bike like CD70 that doesn’t’ require any upgradations for at least 40 years.
