Master Changan Motors Limited (MCML) is unveiling Changan’s intelligent “designed for electric” EV brand Deepal tomorrow, August 16, 2024, at Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi. The company will disclose its EV model lineup and its strategy to address key challenges restricting the mass adoption of EVs in Pakistan, including range anxiety, charging infrastructure, and nationwide aftersales support. The event will be live-streamed on Changan’s official Facebook page at 11:00 AM.
During the event, the company will display its Deepal’s Sedan and SUV, which are joint developments of Changan, Huawei, and CATL. Both cars will be displayed for a first-hand customer experience and test drive from August 16 to 25 at Dolmen Mall.
In a recent event, we brought a sneak peek of the interior of electric vehicles Deepal S07 and L07, flaunting a futuristic interior in conjunction with an exterior boasting modern style and designing.
Deepal L07

Interior
Starting with L07, the car’s interior competes with the likes of the existing SL03 sedan. Comparing both vehicles, L07 prioritizes intelligent features, while the SL03 emphasizes sporty performance. Both models will be available for purchase simultaneously. The noticeable features of the sedan are:

- Additional LCD instrument panel
- Three-spoke steering rail

Deepal S07

Interior
Initially, S07’s interior was revealed in spy shot with no ample details. Whereas, official images have disclosed all the features offered in the car. It boasts two tone cabin exhibiting dark and light grey color scheme. Moreover, other features include:

- D-shaped three spoke steering wheel
- No conventional instrument cluster – head-up display
- Button instead of door handles
- Air vents in second row
- Two USB ports
- Centre Headrest
