The petrol bike, like the Honda CG 125, usually runs 45 Km/l. The current petrol price in Pakistan is RS 268, and the per Km cost will be 5.95 RS.

In comparison to electric scooters like Metro T9, they consist of 25-50 Ah batteries with 800-1800 watts of motor. They usually give a range of 60-90 Km. An average scooter takes  1.5 units of electricity to charge fully. The one-unit cost is RS 60. So, the price per Km for running the scooter will be RS 1.28 Rs.

Addition Of Features

New features have been added to electric scooters. The improvement in efficiency, range, and charging of batteries have introduced the rise of these scooters in Pakistan. Moreover, these features have made the electric scooter more appealing and attractive to a broader audience. However, the battery cost is cheaper than the fuel, which is actually promoting the trends of these electric scooters in Pakistan.
