The long-awaited Audi A6 e-tron has finally been unveiled in 2024 and can be booked starting in September. It is the second performance vehicle in the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) lineup, following the flagship Audi Q6 e-tron. The A6 e-tron is available in Sportback and Avant body styles, as well as an S6 variant. It boasts excellent range and performance, along with a stunning interior design.

Initially revealed as a concept car at Auto Shanghai in 2021, the Audi A6 e-tron is now available as an exceptional luxury electric car. Impressive Audi A6 e-tron Exterior Design

The Audi e-tron is available in two body styles: the Sportback and the Avant. The Sportback features a coupe-like exterior design with a lower roofline, while the Avant presents a more traditional SUV look with a sleek and elegant design. It has a wide front grill and slim LED front lights that make the body appealing. This model is the first to incorporate the flat surface concept, which enhances its aerodynamics.

Additionally, the vehicle boasts soft-touch technology on the doors, a smart unlock feature, a sporty rear design, an Audi rings light, and a diffuser on the lower bumper, all of which contribute to its sporty and aggressive appearance. The interior and exterior of the Audi A6 also bear some resemblance to the Q6.

Audi A6 e-tron Interior and Technology

The Audi A6 e-tron boasts a spacious cabin with a luxurious interior. It features fabric seats and three LED screens: a 12-inch instrument display, a 14.5-inch infotainment screen, and an 11-inch screen for the passengers.

The lower seating position in the Sportsback model enhances the sporty driving experience. In terms of technology, the Audi A6 includes two USB C-type chargers, a charging pad, and a head-up display and it supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, providing a seamless driving experience.

One of the standout features is the electron chrome roof with the Lea effect, which adds a touch of luxury to the car. Additionally, the rear seats are equipped with ISOFIX, and the new Audi offers an animal-free interior option for customers with pets.

Performance and Range of Audi A6 e-tron

The Audi A6 was designed with the performance and aerodynamics of the Mercedes EQE in mind. However, the Audi A6 has exceptional and superior aerodynamics and performs more smoothly than the Mercedes EQE.

Whether you choose the A6 or the S6, both come with a 100 kWh capacity battery. The Audi A6 e-tron, the standard variant, has a single electric motor and rear-wheel drive, while the S6 offers both all-wheel and rear-wheel drive options and is equipped with dual engines. The standard A6 e-tron provides 286hp of power and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 6.0 seconds, while the sporty S6 e-tron boasts an impressive 506 hp and can reach from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds.

The Audi A6 offers an impressive range of 466 miles on a single charge for the Sportback version, which decreases to 447 miles for the estate version. On the other hand, the S6 covers up to 398 miles in the Avant and 416 miles in the Sportback. It also allows for a quick charge from 0-80% in just 20 minutes.

Price of New Audi A6 e-tron

The price for the new Audi A6 e-tron model has yet to be revealed. However, the expected starting price for the new A6 will be a whopping PKR 24,833,854. You can start booking the Audi A6 and Audi S6 in September 2024.
