Samsung unveiled the Galaxy F14 5G and the Galaxy M14 5G in March of this year, and now, interestingly, it plans to introduce 4G-only versions of both. A support page for the Galaxy M14 4G is now live on Samsung India, and manuals for both the Galaxy M14 4G and Galaxy F14 4G have been found as well.
It’s worth noting that these will likely be the same device, sold under different names at different retailers. This is actually the case with the Galaxy F14 5G and Galaxy M14 5G – the only difference being that the former does not feature the latter’s rear depth sensor.

The Galaxy M14 4G has the model number SM-M146B, while the Galaxy F14 4G has the model number SM-E146B. Both will share the same design language that Samsung has been using for all its devices regardless of price point for over a year now.

For both devices, the power button will also function as the fingerprint sensor. Both will come with a single downward firing speaker, as well as NFC support. Unfortunately, the specifications have not yet been revealed, so it is unclear what the differences will be from the M14 5G and F14 5G.
On that note, both the M14 5G and F14 5G feature a 6.6-inch 1080×2408 LCD touchscreen with a 90 Hz refresh rate, the Exynos 1330 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of storage, a 50 MP main camera, a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
