So, the story began on September 10, 2024, when our reliable sources told us that Suzuki Pakistan is all set to introduce the locally assembled Suzuki Every in Pakistan, a rumor that has been circulating in the local market for over two years. But we will only discuss the latest updates. Now, back to the story. After the update mentioned above, the major news came: the discontinuation of Suzuki Bolan almost four decades later. This was a clear hint that the old-age vehicle was going to be replaced by none other than Suzuki Every; the time had finally come.
Suzuki Every – Expected Price
Our sources come back to tell us about the expected price of the upcoming Suzuki Every. They whispered to us that the vehicle would come with a price tag of Rs. 2.6 million, an interesting decision, though not confirmed. This is Rs. compared to Rs. 660,000 more than Bolan, which cost Rs. Rs. 1,940,000. Anyway, the price will be revealed tomorrow, and we have to wait around 24 hours more.
Launch Data
On October 2, the launch date of Suzuki Every was revealed, not officially, though later reports and company officials confirmed that news. Now, everyone knows that the launch will be on October 12, 2024, in Lahore. So, the wait is almost over.
Sneak Peaks & Specs
Then came the sneak peeks, as the videos and images of locally assembled vehicles while traveling to Suzuki dealerships across Pakistan emerged on social media. The first video we got was car being parked in carriage vehicle, ready for travel, followed by pictures of the car. The first video was somewhat shaky, but a couple of days ago, we got a stable and detailed one showing the interior and exterior of a locally assembled Suzuki Every. Apparently, the car was parked at a dealership while a person was showing it. From that video, these specs and features we got to know:
Exterior
The locally assembled minivan’s exterior features a classic Kei car design language. The front fascia houses rectangular side-swept halogen headlights with height adjustment, a small grille with dual intakes, and triple air intakes.
The side houses sliding doors with options like keyless entry. The rear end comes with small, low-mounted rectangular taillights, a rear wiper, and 13-inch steel wheels. The overall exterior of the local Suzuki Every features a fairly boxy and flat style.
Interior
Coming inside the cabin, Every maintains the familiar high-mounted dashboard. Other features include a two-tone interior (black and grey), fabric-covered front and rear seats, ABS, front seat adjustments (possibly 4-way), five seat belts, AC, one airbag, two cup holders, and an MP3 audio system—an aesthetically pleasing cabin compared to the previous Bolan.
Engine & Power
Suzuki Every’s engine and performance are fairly modest. It has a 660cc engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission, which can produce 49hp and 62Nm of torque.
It is designed primarily for city driving and light-duty tasks, so while it’s not a powerhouse, it gets the job done for everyday use, such as short commutes, school runs, or transporting light cargo.
Expected Differences in Variants
Our guess is that these specs and features are for the top-of-the-line VXR variant of the local Suzuki Every. According to sources, the company will launch two variants, VX and VXR, and the major differences could be the absence of AC, MP3 audio system, rear wiper, and all manual windows in the base variant. However, we are stating this based on market reports and expert views. The official specs and features will be revealed this Saturday.
This is all we know about the launch, price, and specs of the upcoming Suzuki Every. What are your expectations from the car? Tell us in the comments section.
