The Tecno Pova 6 Pro has been officially unveiled and it continues the trend set by its predecessor – it’s a gaming-focused smartphone with an intriguing design and impressive specifications considering its price point.

Equipped with a 6nm Dimensity 6080 chip and 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro boasts an octa-core processor with two 2.4GHz Cortex-A76 cores and six 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 computing units. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G57 MC2.

Featuring a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, the Pova 6 Pro also comes with a substantial 6,000mAh battery (1,000mAh more than its predecessor), supporting 70W fast charging and 10W reverse charging.

Available in either Meteorite Grey or Comet Green, the Pova 6 Pro showcases a semi-transparent design referred to as the Dynamic-Tech Design by Tecno. The phone’s transparent back reveals a lithography precision texture, along with a series of LEDs creating the Dynamic-Light Effect.

Among these features include the Dynamic-Eye surrounding one of the three lenses in the camera setup, as well as the Dynamic-Light effect – a propeller-shaped LED strip. With a total of 210 LEDs and 9 lighting modes, users have access to 101 user-defined effects to choose from.
