Following its debut at MWC in Barcelona, Samsung has released a new infographic showcasing the evolution of its wearable devices, culminating in the Galaxy Ring.

The journey began in 1999 with the SPH-WP10, the first commercialized watch phone. Subsequent models like the SPH-S100 and the 2003 Watch Phone added features like text entry and voice dialing, as well as a color OLED display.

Since branching out into Bluetooth headsets in 2005, Samsung has continued to innovate its wearable offerings. The Galaxy Watch6 series, Galaxy Fit3, and Galaxy Buds2 Pro represent the company’s latest achievements in the wearable technology sector.

The Galaxy Ring is expected to be officially unveiled at Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event, rumored to be happening in Paris in early to mid-July. This event may also feature the introduction of the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6.
