The Honor Pad 9 is a midrange Android tablet that was released in China in December and has now arrived in the UK and Ireland. It is available in a single 8/256GB model and comes in Space Gray color, priced at £300 or £350 with the optional keyboard case. It can be purchased from HiHonor, Argos, Amazon, Very, and Currys online, with open sales beginning on Sunday, February 25.
Just a reminder, the Honor Pad 9 features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a 2,560×1,600 px resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts 500 nits of brightness and supports stylus input, although the pen will be available for purchase separately starting from April.
The Honor Pad 9 is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip and comes with an 8MP front-facing camera and a 13MP main camera. It also has an 8,300 mAh battery with 35W charging. It runs on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, with Honor promising only one Android OS update, which may be disappointing for those planning to keep the device for a longer period of time.
