According to Digital Chat Station on their Weibo page, the vivo X Fold3 is expected to launch soon as the first foldable device with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It is also rumored to be the thinnest and lightest foldable device with an inward vertical hinge.
The leakster shared an image indicating that the phone will feature an oval island housing three cameras and a Zeiss logo.
The camera setup is said to be impressive, with the main shooter being 50 MP, the ultra-wide-angle camera at 50 MP, and a possible 64 MP telephoto camera with a periscope lens. The main camera is expected to have OIS and the ability to capture 4K videos at 60 fps, similar to the X Fold2.
It is anticipated that the vivo X Fold3 will not feature an under-display fingerprint scanner on both panels, with this feature likely reserved for a more powerful X Fold3 Pro model that may also support 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
