Last year, in March, Samsung introduced the Galaxy F14, so the release of the Galaxy F15 is quickly approaching, although it is not yet official. Despite this, a prototype F15 5G was recently tested on Geekbench and achieved a single-core score of 690 and a multi-core score of 1,752.

It is no surprise that the prototype ran on Android 14 and will be launched with One UI 6. It came with 4GB of RAM, but Samsung may decide to offer more memory options when the phone is officially released.

Samsung Galaxy F15 5G runs Geekbench ahead of its release

While the chipset is not explicitly stated in the Geekbench database, there is speculation that the F15 will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 6100+, based on the reported processor clock speeds. This chipset was already seen in the Galaxy A15 5G, which was launched in December of last year.

It would not be surprising for the F15 5G to share the same chipset as the A15 5G, considering that the F14 was essentially a rebranded version of the A14 5G with a larger battery. If the pattern continues this year, then it is expected that the Galaxy F15 5G will come with a 6.5-inch 90 Hz AMOLED screen, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main, 5 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro), a 13 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery.
