Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy A35 as a more affordable option compared to the A55, with both models serving as the company’s mid-range offerings for 2024, each targeting different price points.
If you’ve been curious about the internal components of the Galaxy A35, you’re in luck! The YouTube channel PBKreviews has completed a detailed disassembly and reassembly of the device, providing an insightful look inside the A35.
To access the inner workings of the A35, a hairdryer is recommended to start the process of removing the glass back plate, followed by unscrewing several screws and disconnecting multiple cables. The mainboard, rear cameras, SIM and memory card reader, as well as various chips, are then removed. After disconnecting more cables and unscrewing additional screws, the subboard is extracted. The battery, equipped with a pull tab, can be easily removed, revealing a large vapor chamber.
Upon completion of the disassembly, the reassembly process mirrors the previous steps in reverse. The Galaxy A35 received an impressive reparability score of 8.5 out of 10, with high marks for parts availability, ease of battery replacement, internal organization, repair time, screen replacement, and miscellaneous part replacement.
